Often smaller companies ignore the concepts of SCM but struggle with getting their product to their customer quickly, efficiently and cost-effectively. This workshop is designed to give you an understanding of how the automation and management of the distribution process can work effectively for you and have a positive affect on the bottom-line. You’ll learn the techniques used by major companies and how they apply or can be adapted to you small to mid-sized company. You’ll learn how and when it’s important to use the resources of major distribution networks to make your business more effective in managing the process.
