This July a New Jersey Supreme Court case changed the legal standard on what constitutes a hostile workplace. The new standard may alter the way employers investigate incidents and how to discipline offenders. This audio will cover employer liability, what constitutes hostile workplace and if a company should adopt a zero tolerance policy. |
