Are you uncertain what intellectual property is? Do you think you may need protection but are unsure how to go about it? The following are just some of the topics that will be covered: types of intellectual property, patents, trademarks, copyrights, and tradesecrets, when you should seek protection, how to get protected, and basic agreements for maintaining and protecting rights.
This class will be held at the U.S. Small Business Administration, 2 Gateway Center, 15th Floor, in Newark. There is no fee for this class.
