The People Side of Your Small Business
As a business owner, you know how important employees are to your growing business whether you currently manage employees or you are ready to make the leap from doing everything yourself to hiring your first employee. Either way, you need good Human Resources practices to ensure that you find and keep productive employees who stay with your business long term. If you are looking to add even one employee to your business, this course can help give you a basic foundation that will help you build a better business.
