The Summit begins with a breakfast and panel discussion on “Finding Your Passion” including several women leaders from various businesses in the community. After breakfast, back-to-back roundtable sessions led by experts in their fields will take place, and attendees have their choice of two of the seven available sessions offering a variety of topics on business and personal growth. The day concludes with the keynote presentation over lunch, and there are various opportunities to network throughout the day. Our keynote speaker, Lena Matthews, President and CEO of Financial Resources Federal Credit Union, will be sharing her story of growing into leadership roles and will share critical insights into developing as a leader. |
