Through the lens of a facilitated case study, participants will have an opportunity to review, investigate, study, and discuss the Business Continuity capabilities and areas for improvement of a fictitious company. Discussion elements will focus on three key, requested elements of the Business Continuity program:
-Planning - How to get an effective Business Continuity program organized
-Process - Addressing Board of Directors concerns from governance to compliance
-Execution - What are some common design considerations, strategies, "best practices", and pitfalls to avoid for a successful program (large or small)
Facilitator
