A speaker, writer and one of today?s premier ?business actors,? he is an Advanced Toastmaster, a champion of many competitions, and a member of the National Speakers Association, among many other organizations. Terry Viney, The Plus Factor, has three decades of worldwide sales and marketing experience. An area governor for Toastmasters International and a talented business facilitator, he has conducted countless workshops and shared the podium with executives from such organizations as NASA, Azko Nobel, and Eastman Chemical. Moderator Richard Magid, SoundBoard, has been on an entrepreneurial journey for the last 26 years. SoundBoard, his third business, ties together all his past experiences ? helping small business leaders become more effective through professional development that fills in the gaps in their knowledge base, using peer advisory boards, leadership coaching, and strategic planning.
