Princeton Doral Forrestal
Facilitation of peer advisory groups to coach C-level clients to improve leadership skills and productivity has been a common focus for management consultants. This session “turns the tables” on management consultants and offers consultants as business owners to experience the value of peer advisory groups. Our facilitators will guide groups of consultants segregated by experience through the coaching process to solve a common “real-life” problem confronting business owners. This session will model the future “Brain Trust” events to be initiated exclusively for senior consultants and CMC?s starting in March 2006. Learn about your peers? abilities to think critically about a business problem, and improve your ability to leverage peers to identify root causes and potential solutions to common business problems!

IMC New Jersey meetings are held at the Doral Forrestal, a conference center located at 100 College Road East, Princeton, NJ 08540, about a mile north of the Princeton-Hightstown Road, just off US Route 1.
