Multigenerational Workforce
This course will help you to leverage the differences introduced by a workforce comprised of four generations, working side by side. Learn generational characteristics, how generational behaviors and expectations impact the workplace, and how to utilize the value each generation brings to create a more cohesive and effective workforce. This workshop will focus on developing skills to better communicate and create a collaborative environment for the 21st Century, Multigenerational Workforce.
