A 1/2 day intense workshop to help companies understand affirmative action in employment obligations under Executive Order 11246.
This workshop will go over the history and requirements of
Executive Order 11246:
Who is a "covered" employer
What is an Affirmative Action Program: required components;
workforce, job groups, statistical analysis, comparison of incumbency
to availability, prior year goals, narrative of company's affirmative action posture.
How to Survive a Compliance Review: overview of a compliance review; tips to be prepared
Maintaining applicant flow; hires, promotions and terminations data.
Speakers:

Representatives from OFCCP, Mountainside District Office will address how companies are selected for review, the desk audit and on-site review processes.
