We will be discussing the compensation side of starting a new company at our meeting, hosted by Greg Tomkins of Smolin, Lupin & Co. It's entitled "An Equity-based Compensation Primer". Greg will be joined by Smolin tax partner Paul Sczepanski, and Hart Singh, founder of Quality Watch, Inc. This outstanding tutorial on the construction of a compensation plan that works is a must-see for every entrepreneur, investor, director and officer of a new technology company.
