Business Opportunity India

With over 1 billion people and a middle class of approximately 300 million, India offers rising business opportunities for American companies. This breakfast will be a broad discussion of understanding those opportunities and assist American entrepreneurs and business owners with contacts to further their desire to initiate or expand their business in India.

NJEntrepreneur.com is hosting this breakfast in conjunction with Entry India . Entry India is a New Jersey, USA based LLC founded in 2006 with the purpose of connecting US based small businesses and NRIs (Non-Resident Indians) to opportunities in India. It is based on a simple observation: "Doing business in India can be challenging for anyone especially for an unprepared outsider". Entry India's goal is to thoroughly prepare small and medium size businesses with all aspects of doing business with India before, during, and after their India initiative.

Suresh Arya - Director at Simanor

Suresh Arya has over 20 years experience as an entrepreneur and business advisor. He founded two companies- Imbot, a voice messaging firm, and Anisoft, a systems integration consulting firm, and as a partner at Klick Capital, he invested in three startup companies. He completed the cross-border sale of a US-based RFID secure wristband company to a large Indian public company. More recently, Suresh successfully advised three BPO Companies based in US and India on M&A transactions. He is a partner at Sween Solar System specializes in turnkey solar systems. He is a member of TiE - New Jersey and former executive committee member, and an Advisory Board Member to the New Jersey Meadowlands Commission Green Business Accelerator. He is co-chair of 6th AKKA Business Forum held in Edison NJ. Suresh holds an MS in Computer Engineering from Manhattan College and a BE from Bangalore University.

Simanor LLC is a business advisory firm focusing on cross board mergers & acquisitions and joint ventures. Included in their mission is to promote US exports to India.

Entry India: Founders
Entry India was founded by Dr. Mahendra Pratap and Navin Pathak.

Mahendra Pratap has a distinguished background as a scientist and as an entrepreneur. Mahendra was employed with AT&T and Lucent for 20 years where he specialized in video communications, personal computer design, ATM management and IP networking.

Navin Pathak is an engineer and entrepreneur, Navin has worked with premier companies like ITT Industries and Cable & Wireless and also with start-ups like EGenex Business Services.

Moderated by Jeanne Gray, Founder and Publisher of NJEntrepreneur.com, our speaker  will lay out a framework of understanding why, when and what type of  Investor is desirable for your business.  Members and guests exchange insight based on their experiences.

The cost for this event, including the food, is $30 for Members and for first and second-time guests.
All other guests, payment is $35.
