About Dan Pepper
Mr. Pepper has focused his practice in optimizing technology license and services transactions on behalf of vendors and users, in addition to structuring complex new media and entertainment related arrangements, sales and procurement programs and processes which protect key business and legal requirements, all while minimizing risk and exposure. Information technology and business process outsourcing, developing strategic alliances, and deploying Internet strategies are all services Mr. Pepper consistently provides to his clients.

Prior to forming Pepper Law Group, Mr. Pepper was Regional Counsel for BEA Systems, a San Jose-based software company specializing in e-commerce transaction software, where he was responsible for BEA's United States eastern region and Canada governmental divisions. Prior to joining BEA, he was corporate counsel for Oracle Corporation in its commercial law division, responsible for Oracle's software licensing, consulting, technical support, and education organizations for the New York and Mid-Atlantic regions. Mr. Pepper also practiced with the Computer and New Media Group of Friedman Siegelbaum, LLP, in Roseland, New Jersey, where he was part of a specialized practice in computer-related law representing clients in various technology fields, including software developers, online businesses, Internet website operators, information technology consulting companies, and outsourcing companies.
