Enterprising Solutions Inc., a New Jersey based Corporation, (herein referred to as ESI) is the owner and operator of NJEntrepreneur.com, a web site for the New Jersey entrepreneurial, small business and venture capital communities. Any individual using the free public portion of this Site agrees to the following terms and conditions. Those entering sections of the Site requiring payment of a fee for entry agree to read the terms and conditions of each section and agree that those terms are binding on the User/Subscriber/Registrant.

Ownership, License and Use
Enterprising Solutions Inc. is the owner of the copyright of the database of links to articles and resources available through its web site of the same name. Enterprising Solutions Inc. reserves all rights, and no intellectual property rights are conferred to the User by this agreement.
Enterprising Solutions Inc. grants the user a non-exclusive non-transferable license to use its database subject to the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement. The database may only be used for viewing information to the limited extent described herein.
The user may only use information obtained from NJEntrepreneur.com's database only for their own private use or the internal purposes of their home and business. The user may not sell or broker this information to other third parties, and may not publish or be involved in any action that would cause such information to become published or widely distributed. Discussion Forums
ESI reserves the right to remove any content they deem to be offensive or counter to the intent and spirit of the business discussion forum offered on its site. ESI may also at its sole discretion block entry to the site of any individual or individuals that has posted offensive material or has violated the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Required Confidential Codes, Passwords and Information
Each User agrees to treat as strictly private and confidential any Membership Code, Username, User ID or password that has been provided by ESI for use on NJEntrepreneur.com, as well as all information received through password protected areas and will not cause or permit any such information to be transferred, copied or used by any other party. The license granted by Enterprising Solutions Inc. may not assigned or re-licensed to another party without written consent of ESIin advance.
Privacy
Users of NJEntrepreneur.com agree that they have separately reviewed the privary policy posted by ESI on NJEntrepreneur.com and by using the Site agree to its terms and conditions.
Revisions
Enterprising Solutions Inc. reserves the right to alter or change the Terms and Conditions for access to its web site and the User hereby accepts such changes upon entry and continued use of the site subsequent to the posting of the changes. It is the responsibility of the User to review these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by the State of New Jersey. Any action brought to enforce this agreement shall be either in the State or Federal Courts located in Union County New Jersey. If any provision of this agreement is void or unenforceable in whole or in part, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected.
Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. The User may terminate this Agreement by ceasing entry into the web site and by destroying all materials obtained from the NJEntrepreneur.com web site. Enterprising Solutions Inc. and NJEntrepreneur.com may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and at Enterprising Solutions Inc. and NJEntrepreneur.com?s sole discretion should it be determined that the User has failed to comply with any term or provision of this agreement. In this event, the User may not be entitled to any refund of any monies paid for site access and in any event, the user will be entitled to no more than the pro rata portion of their membership fee for the time used.

Any notice of dispute must be sent via postal mail to Enterprising Solutions Inc. 231 North Avenue W. #334, Westfield, NJ 07090. There is no assurance that email notification will be received or reviewed.
