New Jersey Hosts Bio Venture Forum East 2006 |

Debbie Hart, President of The Biotechnology Council of New Jersey, voiced her enthusiasm for the Bio Venture Forum East 2006 event,
"The selection of New Jersey and the Biotechnology Council of New Jersey (BCNJ) by the Biotechnology Industry Organization (BIO) to serve as the hosts for the second meeting of BIO VentureForum East is another affirmation of the continuing emergence of the Garden State as a world leader in biotechnology. This is the first meeting held by BIO in New Jersey and, as such, helped to further highlight the exciting work going on in our members companies before leading venture capitalists. BIO VentureForum East also served as an excellent jumping-off point for the release of our own industry survey, ?New Jersey?A Thriving Biotechnology Cluster,? which documented the growth and maturing of New Jersey?s biotechnology industry over the past three years".
